About Me

Hi, my name is Aurelia.

My journey started with an unplanned pregnancy when I was 26, and while I always knew I wanted kids, 26 and pregnant felt like 16 and pregnant.

Everywhere I looked, from social media to friends and family all I saw or heard was the same narrative… that motherhood meant you settle down, your life all but stops, and, if you wanted to be a good mom, you lost yourself in motherhood. No more adventures, no more brunches, flights, beaches, or mimosas.

And even though I was determined not to let this be my reality. I was scared they might be right…
Luckily, I graduated from a Masters program in teaching the same year I had my daughter, and I had been reading parenting books since college. And there was one thing I knew was true… My regulation, happiness, health and relationship mattered more than almost anything else!
And that idea alone changed my whole perspective on parenting and motherhood.

A perspective that I felt was missing from the noise of social media.

I realized, that while motherhood can be challenging, as long as I always came back yo my own health and wellness, things were alright.

I had more patience for melt downs, I felt more present with my partner, friends and littles, I even had the drive to start my own hobby, which turned into yes, this coaching program.

What started out as a desire to share our lifestyle as young parents still living our lives, turned into a real desire to coach people through it! Support them, guide them with the same knowledge that had helped me.

I knew If I could do it–live a fun active, social life full of travel–as 20/30 something type C girlie with her life barely together, 2 kids, and a passion for traveling, youth development, girls movie nights, and date nights out dancing, then anyone could do it.

So hi, again, my name is Aurelia, and I am here to help change the “traditional” narrative of motherhood, and show you that you can do and be so much more than your motherhood. I am here to guide you through the noise of social media and information, and help you realize you don’t have to lose yourself in motherhood, nor do you have to “settle down” to be a good mom.
